Do you accept exchanges or returns?

If you want to exchange your uniforms, there is no time limit as long as your uniforms are unwashed and have the tags still attached. To begin your exchange, email us at scrubs@dressamed.com and we will pay for the shipping fees (restricted to customers in the United States).

International exchanges are handled in a case by case basis.


You can return your product within 15 days for a full refund, minus any shipping fees. Shipping fees are billed by the carriers directly for their transportation services (gas, fuel, staff) and cannot be refunded.

Please mail your unwashed item(s) to us with all of the tags attached to the garment, proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or email) and we will process your return. We process returns on the same day that we receive them and your funds are sent back to your original purchase method.

You’re responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you hold onto your return tracking number.
